Description
本稿は,教師による観察の評価の充実を目的とした特別活動のルーブリック開発実践とその効果を検討するプロジェクトの成果を報告したものである。本プロジェクトで開発されたルーブリックの特徴は,全学年で一つのルーブリックを共有することであった。このプロジェクトに携わった教諭への面接調査の結果,教職員間の力量を高め合うコミュニケーションの媒体としてルーブリックが機能していたことが示された。
