Description
島根県内の公立小中学校の特別支援学級担任の経験年数を見ると,3年未満の割合が高く,指導経験の乏しさから教育課程編成,学級経営,指導法等,日々の教育活動において苦慮している状況がある。本研究では,雲南市内の主に中学校特別支援学級担任の資質能力向上を目指し,島根大学教育学部と県教育委員会,市教育委員会とが連携して平成25年度の1年間の計画的な研修の場を設け,今後の取組の参考になる成果と課題を明らかにした。
