Description

島根県内の公立小中学校の特別支援学級担任の経験年数を見ると，3年未満の割合が高く，指導経験の乏しさから教育課程編成，学級経営，指導法等，日々の教育活動において苦慮している状況がある。本研究では，雲南市内の主に中学校特別支援学級担任の資質能力向上を目指し，島根大学教育学部と県教育委員会，市教育委員会とが連携して平成25年度の1年間の計画的な研修の場を設け，今後の取組の参考になる成果と課題を明らかにした。
