Descriptions
A solid manure injection system is a benifical method which reduces undesirable order and pollution problems from runoff. The soild manure injector,made as a trial,consists of three basic units that are furrow opener,manure auger conveyer and covering device with soil. This injector is located at the front end of a box type manure spreader,in which the travel direction of web is reversed in order to bring the manure to the front.
Mechanical properties of bark manure that is tested in the manure injector as experimental materialis investigated. The repose angle of bark manure is large with the increase of its moisture content and 70 dgree at 65~75% in moisture content. The internal friction angle of bark manure is 23.6 dgree.
