The purpose of this study is to evaluate the factors affecting the formation gender roles of junior high school teachers. The results are as follows :
Compared with male teachers, female teachers tend to be gender free in the concept and behavior. In the case of the female teachers, the factors affecting the formation gender roles are revealed marriage and spouses occupation by using quantification I. Male teachers were affected from age and study of the equality of the sexes. Therefore to establish the service training systems of study were needed to advance the equality of the sexes.
