Relation Between Mental Health and Supports by Stuffs on New Graduated Nurses

Purpose: It is to clarify the contents of supports that new graduate nurses have received from their term members, and relation between the supports and mental health on them.
Method: The questionnaire was conducted anonymously from June to July in 2012 against new graduate nurses on three months to work.
Result: Recovery rate was 23%. The date of 35 new graduate nurses was analyzed. Total score of GHQ28 was 13.0 that showing moderate degree. There were shown that five factors- “Pointing out and encouragement” “Consideration by all stuff” “Caring actively” “Orientation of practice” “Delighting in growth together” were extracted by factor analysis, and the degree of receiving support and mental hearth were correlated.
Consideration: Therefore it was concluded that the cared supports by all stuffs against the new graduated nurses should be important for their adaptation to workplace.
