平成26年7月に教職課程を履修する他学部の学生(開放制課程) をサポートする目的で｢教員を目指す学生を応援するための時間・スペースである｢水曜倶楽部｣を教師教育研究センター内に開設した｡本稿は｢水曜倶楽部｣に参加した学生が初めて迎えた教員採用試験(平成27年度実施) 及び4年生の意識調査の結果を踏まえて, ｢水曜倶楽部｣の成果と課題について明らかにする｡
