Descriptions
A display system requiring no special glasses is useful for 3D images. However conventional parallax barrier 3D display and lenticular 3D display have disadvantages such as having images with divided horizontal resolution, the pseudoscopic problem and so on. The suthors have proposed 3D displays using polarizer slits to solve each problem. This paper describes these new techniques for improvements of stereoscopic 3D displays.
