In order to combine the environmental education in university to acquisition of the attestation of the environmental management system ; ISO14001, the effective method of environmental education and measurement CPA were tested in the beginning and the close of instructions, and the possibility of quantitative analysis of the educational effect from the standpoint of environmental conscious practice, was confirmed.
