日本の畜産の現状と問題点 : 特に肉畜を中心として

この二十年間における日本の畜産物の需要増加とこれに対応する家畜飼養頭数の増加はめざましいものがある．ここでは，昭和30年以降の高度経済成長を背景として，農業基本法の制定を契機として展開した畜産の現状と問題点を，特に肉牛と肉豚を中心として考察してみたい．そこで，最近における食肉需要の増加とそれを推進力として発展した肉畜の飼養生産構造および肉畜と食肉の流通構造の変化についてのべ，次に，生産流通と関連させて肉畜と食肉の価格変動の問題を説明し，おわりに，最近の「畜産危機」についてのべたい．
