時代と社会の要請を受けた新たな学問領域であるエコマテリアルエ学，資源循環プロセスエ学について，課題と研究の進め方が検討された：リサイクル技術の本質的課題，リサイクルの種類とそれぞれの位置づけ，主要三材料（金属，木材，プラスチック）のリサイクル技術の現状と課題，リサイクルを容易にするという意味でのエコマテリアル化の狙いと実例，すでに着手している研究例。
On ecomatenal engineeing and resource recycling process engineeing which are new research fields to meet with the demand of time and society，subjects are studied; an essencial subject of recycling technology，sorts of recycling，present technology of recycling of three main materials （metal，wood and chemicals）and remained subjects，ecomaterial for simplifying recycling process and an example of making vanous materials and products of environment conscious，and examples of subject under studying.
