Construction of Actin Nucleotide Sequence Database and Amino Acid Sequence Database for Personal Computer
Descriptions
We have constructed the actin nucleotide sequence database (49 entries) and amino acid sequence database ( 60 entries) for personal computer system. The nucleotide sequence data were mainly retrieved from genetic databank GenBank. They were translated into amino acid sequences.
These databases are used for the computer programs of sequence information analysis systems NASEQ and AASEQ.
