Descriptions
The 3D projection display system using LCD projecor has superior characteristics, such as having a large screen with wide field of view. However conventional system has such semerit as vewung stereoscopic images with special glasses. We describe transmission and refrection 3D displays using a polarizer slit barrier. This 3D display can avoid the problem of conventional system, then the observer views glasses-free 3D images. Moreover the cylindrical screen has a panoramic 3D view as the observer can look around a 360 degree view.
