Descriptions
The recent movement in activities of enterprises，legislation economical system and the consciousness of consumers for formation of the circulating society was overviewed. Based on it，the technical subject for lowering the environment impacts effectively was investigated and next two were proposed for study; how to treat the wastes（dusts, ash and so on，which contain harmful heavy metals）and to store safely as the artiicial resources and to make the tool for design engineers to plan the environment conscious product in routine work.
