In order to examine the duality structure in low-energy K-N scatterng, the experimental phase shifts are analysed by the sum of one-particle-exchange terms in two cases ; one includes only t-channel states and the other only u-channel ones. Coupling constants are restricted by other experiments, the universal coupling hypothesis and the unitary symmetry. It is found that a fair agreement with experiments is obtained for both cases and some kind of the pole-pole duality seems to be present.
