Abstract
平成26年7月に教職課程を履修する他学部の学生（開放制課程）をサポートする目的で「教員を目指す学生を応援するための時間・スペースである「水曜倶楽部」を教師教育研究センター内に開設してから3年が経過した。本稿はこの3年間の活動を通じて，4年生の意識調査や学校訪問のアンケート結果等から「水曜倶楽部」に求められる役割及び成果と課題について明らかにした。
