Descriptions
The aim of this study was to examine the physiques and physical fitness of students in Shimane Medical University. The subjects involved in this data collection were all freshmen, 100 in 1979, 97 in1984 and 97 in 1989. Then each year's subjects both in Shimane Medical University and similar age groups throughout Japan.
