In this paper the authors deal with several important points concerning an effective CCTV (closed circuit television) system for experimental instructions. These points are as follows.
1.It is convenient to use a modulation system for sending video signals.
2.Video signals are to be sent through several channels.
3.Video signals are to be in colour.
4.Terminals for television camera should be provided in every classroom.
5.Appratus should be arranged to work at all times.
6.Sound should be sent clearly in stereo.
7.A few arrangements are devised to eliminate the complexity of operations.
