| Description | We participated in the healthy life lectures held as a part of "The Healthy Life Promotion Enterprise" in lwami-cho. Shimane Prefecture in 1994. At the time, our direction and investigation were carried out so that the exercise habits of the attendants of the course might be ascertained. As a result, certain effects such as the acquisition of exercise habits, were obtained, and simultaneously, further improvements on the motivation of exercise were also recognized.
