| Description | The warping torsion theory considering not only shear force but bending moment in torsion was expanded to be able to describe the vibration of anisotropic, viscoelastic body. The viscoelastic, warping torsion theory is useful to predict the internal friction values of torsionally vibrating beams at higher modes. However, the analytically estimated values are inconsistent at the bar ends and nodal points of the bars.
