The Spectral Airglow Temperature Imager(SATI)can measure the rotational temperature by observing nightglow emission of OH and 0_2.The MU radar can measure the diffusion coefficients in the mesopause region by observing meteor echoes. The temperature is estimated from this diffusion coefficient. In this study we compared the rotational temperature observed by SATI and the temperature measured with the MU radar meteor observations during PSMOS campaign in 1998. Both observed results show apparent semidiurnal oscillations. From the comparison,very good correspondences are obtained for the amplitude and the phase of the oscillation.
