This report compares the past and present status of fishes of Honjou-area in Lake Nakaumi. In this area, I have made sure 70 species. Once Many fishes in this area had migrated from marine area, but at present, they are disturbed by banks. So marine fishes have decreased heavily. The decreasing tendency of marine fishes is more remarkable than the other area of Lake Nakaumi. Then the outside of the bank, in Moriyama, many marine fishes from Miho Bay are found.
