島根大学教育学部附属教師教育研究センターが，島根県教育委員会と連携して実施している現職教員研修は，今年度で4年目を迎えている。ここでは,平成25年度の現職教員研修の取組みについて報告するとともに，その成果と展望について明らかにする。
