本稿は，島根県の中山間地域に位置する奥出雲町のテレビ電話とコールセンターを利用した高齢者生活支援システムの利用者アンケート調査から，利用意識，属性，満足度の推移を分析することによって，テレビ電話というツール（メディア）による高齢者のインターネット利用の可能性と生活支援体制，地域助け合いシステムの可能性について課題と展望を示す。

This paper analyzes the transition of the use consideration, the attribute, and the satisfaction rating of senior citizens life support system by using video conferencing telephone and call center in Okuizumo−Cho which is located in in the Hilly and Mountainous Areas in Shimane Prefecture. This research shows the problem and the view of the possibility of the internet use of senior citizens and the system of life support for them by video conferencing telephone.
