| Description | 大学生が昼食に選んだメニューを分析するとともに､食生活意識について調査を行った｡その結果､食事選択能力に大きな問題のあるものは､少なかった｡ただ､健康な食生活を営むために重要な栄養のバランスをまず考慮するものは､約1/4にとどまっていた｡家庭科で学習したことを､実際の生活にさらに生かせるように指導の工夫をすることが課題となる｡
