抄録・要旨
In this study, we investigated the possibility of extending vase life by using 1-MCP（1-methylcyclopropene）in stock flowers.We recognized that vase life by 1-MCP were promoted, compared to control and STS treated flowers. Ethylene concentrations decreased by the treatment of 1-MCP, whereas 1-Aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid（ACC）synthase and ACC oxidase（ACO）activities were not different among all the treatments clearly.
