Abstract
In this paper, we introduce a topology T in a real vector space L such that (L, T) is a locally convex linear topological space and T is the strongest locally convex topology contained in the finite topology. Furthermore, we show that (L, T) is an M_<1->space and an AR (stratifiable)-space.
