Abstract
地方におけるシェアリングエコノミーの導入は、全国的なプラットフォームを活用しながら、地域で運営する主体の役割が重要になる。これまでに地域の足の確保を中心にシェアリングエコノミーの導入例の調査研究を行ったが、地方自治体等の行政の役割の重要性が明らかになった。一方でシェアリングエコノミーの導入事例が多い観光振興の取組では、民間機関による運営も比較的多い。そこで、本研究は観光振興を目的としたシェアリングエコノミーの導入例に焦点を当て、岐阜県飛騨市、島根県津和野町、及び鹿児島県屋久島町の現地調査に基づき、運営主体がどのように取り組みに参加しているかについて考察する。
Abstract
Local government, NPO organization or a typical company, which one could be a keyholder to lead an efficiency sharing economy in local regions, Japan? This paper shows 3 case studies in Tourism to compare different keyholders and discuss the significance of sharing economy in Japan.
