Abstract
Decay properties of the scalar mesons are studied in a duality scheme based on the quarkorbital Regge trajectory. It is suggested that the δ'(～1300), k(～1425), k, ε(～1300) and ε'(～1550) constitute a nonet with a nearly ideal mixing angle.
