The oat seedling in field were irrigated by flowing water during snowy season. When it was stopped, in early April, the growth of grass was showed considerably better than usual, non-irrigated, and the amount of moved green was over three times more than the latter, that is desirable in this grasslacking season for foods of live stocks. Fertilizers gave large effect in spite of irrigation.
