抄録・要旨
The antibiotic(s) produced in the culture fluids by a strain of B. prausnitzii T. could be extracted with acidic ether.
Culture fluids of the organism were extracted with acidic ether and a main substance of the antibiotics was isolated (0.1g from 1L of culture fluid) from the hot water extract of acidic ether extract. The substance was identified with dipicolinic acid. |
