アクチン配列情報解析 : I. アミノ酸配列アラインメント解析

抄録・要旨

The amino acid sequence alignment analysis for 47 actins from various species was performed with AASEQ, a computer program system developed by us for a sequence information analysis study.
The frequencies of amino acid mutations in 47 actin sequences were calculated and the variation index Profiles of actin isomers were illustrated.
We concluded that the sequence diversity alnong the same cell-type actins from different species was smaller than that among different cell-type actins from the same species.
