We have developed two batch programs, AUTO and BUNSEKl for personal computer. These programs are used to extend the function of protein and nuclelc acid sequence information analysis system (PNASIAS). AUTO is composed of following three functions:
1) keyword retrieval from DNA data bank and presentation of annotations, 2) nucleotide sequence information analysls, 3) amino acid sequence and hydropathy index profile display. BUNSEKl can execute further analysis for the results from AUTO system. An improved algorithm referring to a table file for sequence data file names has been used in these programs. |
