When two vessels which differ in both temperature and mass comes in contact with water though different methods, the phenomenon occurs which bears remarkable resemblance with one that was relayed with a pipe connecting two tanks of water which differ in both level and bottom area.
The invisible and abstract phenomenon as "heat" are understood better for the students by adapting the principles of visible and concrete form.
So, we devised several models according to heat equilibrium and specific heat, and investigated the effectiveness of learning through experimental education by using these models in the first year of high school.
We found considerable effects of model methods in the teaching heat materials.
The results are proved stutistically.
