Forestry labor has been generally performed under the piecework system. But in order to secure the young forestry-laborers, some Forest Cooperatives finally took action to adopt the salary system (dealing as well as the public service personnel).
This paper is the case study of that situation of Ichinomiya-cho Forest Cooperative in Hyogo pref. .
This system has been made possible under the support of the regional administration and the laborer's pride as the regional leaders of Green Career.
