| Description | 本研究では，親の離婚を経験した児童に対して小学校教員がどのように考え，具体的にどのような策を取っているのか，現状を把握するために質問紙調査を行った。その結果，教員の個人的な熱意に任されていること，子どもが望む対応を教員が把握していないこと，学校全体では体制がとられていないことなどが明らかになった。
