Remark | This work was supported by the Canon Foundation Mitsubishi foundation, and also by a Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research (no. 21244052) from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology, Japan. The synchrotron-radiation X-ray powder diffraction experiments were performed at the BL02B2 beamline of SPring-8 with the approval of the Japan Synchrotron Radiation Research Institute (JASRI). The elementary analysis of the films was performed at the Chemical Analysis Division, Research Facility Center for Science and Engineering, University of Tsukuba. We appreciate Professor K. Sueki (Radioisotope Center, University of Tsukuba), Dr. A. Omura, and Dr. T. Matsuda for their help in the measurement of the Cs+ concentrations in aqueous solution with the use of radioactive 137Cs.
