We have recently encountered a patient with triple diverticula in the alimentary tract―esophagus, duodenum and ascending colon, and the esophageal one was operated upon successfully but the others with no symptoms were left intact. Such a case with concomitant multiple diverticula has been seldom reported, however seems to increase in future according the progress in diagnosis of the digestive tract.
Surgical significance and treatment of the multiple diverticulosis were discussed.
