On the Seiche of Lake Shinji(I)

Description

I have calculated the period of the Seiche of Lake Shinji by assume its shape to be an ellipse and obtained 28minutes as the value of the period.
We see that this value agrees with the value 28m. and 29m. observed by Yasui.
