この度、漱石の『吾輩は猫である』（以後『猫』と省略）を読み返してみて、新たに気づいた点を試論の形で述べてみたい。
漱石文学には、いわゆる原点と言われるものがいくつか有り、『猫』に於いてもそれが指摘される。『猫』が処女作であってみればそれも当然の事であり、『猫』は言わば漱石文学の原点と言うべきものであり、ここから漱石文学の核となるものをいくっか拾いあげてみて『猫』の世界、ひいては漱石文学の世界の解明に追りたい。 |
