It is important to perceive and use the regional identity for developing the rural society. In this case study we considered of the multiple regional resources and found the using system of the regional resources as following. 1） The first system is a finding of the new using method of the existent regional resources. In this case it was achieved by new comers’proposal in this region. 2） The second is the system to combine directly between this regional producers and urban consumers. In this system there are two cases; one is producers send directly their organic agricultural products to urban consumers and two is consumers come to rural area from urban area. 3） The third is the system to complement the social service by rural NPO. By this rural people can get many social services and managing power themselves, so rural society will become more lively condition.
