「出雲守経仲名所歌合」小論

Abstract

承暦元年（一〇七七）十一月頃に催行されたと思しき「出雲守経仲名所歌合」がある。完本がなく、わずか七首しか見いだせないが、源経仲（生没年未詳）が出雲守として赴任する送別の歌合で出雲の名所を詠んだものである。作者や名所等を説明する。

Abstract

There was waka poems contest called the “Izumonokami Tsunenaka Meisho-Utaawase” which likely took place around November in the year 1077．The full record of the event no longer exists, and only seven waka poems have been found. It was held to say farewell to Minamoto no Tsunenaka （date of birth and death unknown）, who was going to become the governor of Izumo （now Shimane Prefecture）. The waka poems describe well-known places in the Izumo area. This paper explains who the poets were what places were mentioned, and the background of the contest.
