新型コロナウイルス拡大の中、介護する家族がどのような困難に直面しているのか、その実態を明らかにすることを目的に、認知症の人と家族の会 島根県支部と共同で、2020年6 月上旬、認知症の人と家族の会 島根県支部の会員を対象に、新型コロナ下での不安や困っていることについて、緊急アンケート調査を実施した。回答者数は40名（回収率40%）であった。その結果、新型コロナウイルス感染拡大の影響で、家族の精神的負担・ストレスが増していることが明らかになった。回答からは、施設入所や入院中の面会制限、面会禁止について家族の悩む姿が浮かんだ。

With the spread of the new coronavirus, a group of people with dementia and their family members, in collaboration with the Shimane Chapter, will aim to clarify the actual situation of the difficulties faced by caring families in 2020. In early June, an emergency questionnaire survey was conducted on the members of the Shimane branch of the dementia people and their families about the anxiety and troubles under the new corona. The number of respondents was 40 （collection rate 40%）. As a result, it became clear that the mental burden and stress on the family increased due to the spread of new coronavirus infection. From the answers, it seems that the family is worried about restrictions on visits to facilities and hospital visits, and prohibitions on visits.
