Webexとシミュレータを併用した遠隔心音聴診の教育プログラム開発

The Clinical Skill-up Center and the Department of General Medicine provides training on heart sounds to 5th-year medical students. However, due to the spread of COVID-19, face-to-face heart sound training in our study was replaced with remote education using Webex and a simulator. Out of all of the medical students, 95％ in our program answered that it was useful for auscultation learning. The results indicated that the guidance method using the phonocardiogram and respiratory phase was useful for learning the split（+）of sound Ⅱ. Thus, live-type remote education using Webex and the physical assessment simulator, Physiko, may be used to promote remote learning of heart sound auscultation.

クリニカルスキルアップセンターと総合医療学講座は、医学科5 年次の臨床実習で心音聴診の指導を行っている。COVID-19 感染拡大により、対面で提供していた心音聴診実習をWebexとシミュレータを併用した遠隔教育に移行した。本プログラムについて95％の学生が、聴診学習に有用であると回答した。心音図や呼吸相を示しながら指導する方法は、Ⅱ音分裂の理解に有用であった。WebexとフィジカルアセスメントシミュレータPhysikoを併用したライブ型教育は、遠隔による心音聴診学習を促進すると考える。
