島根県の中小企業動向にかんする一考察　─2016～2018年景況調査分析─

本研究の目的は、島根県内における中小企業の経営上の現状、問題点や課題などを明らかにすることである。景況調査結果から、2016年～2018年までの中小企業の業況は概ね「良い」状態であるが、2017年以降の業況は悪化の兆しがみられる。原材料費や商品仕入額の増加がその主な要因である。また近年では、人手不足が慢性化し、島根県中小企業の経営上の大きな課題となっている。中小企業が地域経済に果たす役割は非常に大きいため、これらの課題を克服するためには、地域行政、関係団体、市民などの利害関係者が協力して支援していく必要があるだろう。なお、本研究では、統計資料として島根県中小企業家同友会と共同で実施した景況調査結果を使用している。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the management situation, problems and issues of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises （SMEs） in Shimane Prefecture. The study revealed that the business condition of SMEs from 2016 to 2018 is generally in a "good" state, but after 2017, it is likely to be worse. The main factors are the increase in raw material costs and purchase prices. In addition, the labor shortage problem has become chronic, and has become a major issue in the management of SMEs. The role of SMEs in the local economy is so large that stakeholders such as local governments, related organizations and citizens need to cooperate and support them in order to overcome these issues. This study uses the results of a business survey conducted jointly with the Association of Small Business Entrepreneurs in Shimane Prefecture.
