日本の大学生における性暴力被害経験と精神健康度

　近年、大学生の性暴力事件が報道されているが、実際は大学相談機関に被害者が相談に来ることは少なく、被害者が安心して支援を求められる体制整備は喫緊の課題である。今回我々は、大学における性暴力被害者に対する支援や性暴力に対する予防教育の必要性を明らかにすることを目的に、大学生における性暴力被害の実態と性暴力に関連する知識を調査し、性暴力被害経験と精神健康度との関連について検討した。
　対象と方法：機縁法にて協力の得られた10大学20歳以上の大学生3,357人に無記名・自記式のアンケート調査を実施、有効回答の得られた643部を分析対象とした（回収率19.6％）。結果：レイプ未遂は7.8％（男子3.1％、女子9.7％）、レイプ既遂は2.6％（男子1.6％、女子3.1％）、何らかの性暴力被害経験は42.5％にあった。緊急避妊ピルについての知識は60.0％にあったものの、性暴力救援センターについては13.7％であった。また、性暴力被害経験のある学生のGHQ 得点は4.2±3.2点と被害経験のない学生に比べ有意に高く（p<0.001）、被害強度、被害重複数と弱い相関が認められ（p<0.001）、重度の被害ではメンタルヘルスに深刻な影響をもたらすことがわかった。
　以上より、大学生に対して、性暴力に対する予防教育を行うと共に、大学の相談機関における性暴力被害者に対する支援方法の確立が急務と考えられた。

　Despite recent reports of sexual violence among university students, few victims seek advice at the counseling center. Urgent reorganization of the system, offering easy access, is needed. We have investigated the correlation between sexual abuse and mental health, and the students’ awareness of sexual violence and actual abuse conditions, aiming to demonstrate the need for preventive education and victim support.
Subjects/methods: an anonymous, self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted at 10 universities among 3,357 students over the age of 20 recruited via snowball sampling, and 643 valid responses analyzed (recovery percentage 19.6%).
　Results: rape attempts 7.8% (males 3.1%, females 9.7%), completed rapes 2.6% (males 1.6%, females 3.1%). 42.5% had experienced some form of sexual violence. Although 60.0% knew about emergency contraception, only 13.7% knew of the support center. The GHQ score of victims of sexual violence was 4.2 ± 3.2 points and significantly higher (p<0.001) than that of others, showing a weak (p<0.001) correlation with the seriousness or frequency of the abuse and a significant impact on mental health in severe cases.
　Establishing support measures for assault victims at counseling centers, and relevant preventive education, is of the utmost importance.
