This paper is an attempt to provide the goals of the information-processing education at a teachers college. It gives three goals as follows :
(1) To understand the basic knowledge of electronic analog and digital computers and their functions.
(2) To acquire a habit of thinking analytically and logically by writing flow charts of systems or modeling systems.
(3) To experience and acquire the system thinking.
The main contents are (1)digital computers (2)analog computers (3)system approach.
