In the germination of seeds after intraspecific hybridization ;-
1. Abilities of germination were estimated by the shape of seeds. 2. The degrees in the formation of seeds were different in the combinations of crossing and still more in the individuals of the same combinations. 3. The seeds preserved by the desiccator had been germinable during 28 months, and on the one hand others by the box less than 12 months. 4. The germination under the optimum temperature (2-7℃) was begun earlier and its duration was shorter. |
