本研究は，オープンデータと地方公共団体の情報公開制度との関係について検証する。また，我が国における個人情報保護に関する方針を概説し，地方公共団体の個人情報保護制度とオープンデータとの関係について議論する。さらに，最新の国の動きをリサーチし，オープンデータの事業化を検討する。
