The leadership behavior of Tadashi Fujimitsu who had succeeded in revitalizing Hitotsugi village was studied in this paper. He，as a leader，tried to develop agriculture and make a feeling of togetherness in the village. That is，he aimed at achieving the goal of the group by also maintaining the unity of the group. It was concluded here that his leadership behavior corresponded to PM type which Jibuji Misumi regarded as the best leadership type.
