読み障害における聴覚的処理の問題

読み障害の原因は大きく分けて，①視覚的処理の問題，②聴覚的処理の問題，③作動記憶の問題の3カテゴリーが考えられている。近年，聴覚的処理の問題が読み障害の主な原因であるとする研究が多い。本研究では，まず，聴覚的処理の問題をその症状から①聴知覚，②音韻意識や操作に関する問題，③命名速度に関する問題の3つのカテゴリーに分けて論じた。
聴覚的処理に関する研究は多数存在しているが，これまでの研究結果は，その定義および原因論において混沌とした状況である。これらの状況を処理過程の視点から整理するために，本研究では，聴覚的処理過程のモデルを作成した。モデルは, ①音韻変換，②音韻的表象形成，③検索，④音声への再符号化の4段階で構成されている。モデルに表した処理過程に基づいて読みの問題を検討することで，原因に合わせた支援が期待できる。

As for, problem of auditory processing on the reading by dyslexia, many studies have examined causes of dyslexia. There has been three major explanations for causes of dyslexia given in the literatures: ① problem of auditory processing; ② problem of visual processing; and ③ problem of working memory. Recently, there have been numerous studies of problem of auditory processing. In this article, the author discuss the cause of dyslexia by classified it into the three categories: ① auditory perception; ② phonological awareness; and ③ naming speed. And created the auditory processing model that can be utilized in the study of dyslexic. In future, the author will elaborate each stage of the auditory process by using and improving this model.
